Part-time, Long-term Sitter Needed

Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Beginning August 6, we are looking for a part-time, in-home sitter for our two young children. Our daughter is 3 1/2 years, very sweet natured and creative. Our son is 17 months, and he has a very happy, easy-going disposition (but he is an active, curious toddler!).
From August 6 through 24th, we will need someone for 2 full days per week (18 to 20 hours). Days are negotiable, but preferably one of the days would be Friday. Possibility of starting this week, if interested!
Both kids will go to preschool for half a day M-F beginning the last week of August, so hours will change to two or three half days per week at that time (12 to 20 hours). Again, days are negotiable (preference for Friday).
The job would involve picking our kids up at preschool once that starts, but the school is not far from our home (10 minutes away; must have own car, but we do have extra carseats).
Our son has mild asthma, so our sitter would need to feel comfortable giving him nebulizer treatments when he has flare-ups (usually only happens when he gets a cold or upper respiratory infection). Prior experience with this is not necessary; just a willingness to learn about it (it's pretty easy to do).
Occasional availability on Friday or Saturday nights (once or twice a month) so that parents can have a "date night" would be a plus!
Our ideal sitter would be wiling to get down on the floor and play with kids, do arts and crafts, play outside, go to park when weather permits. I also could use some help with kids' laundry, cleaning/organizing their rooms and playroom, helping me start dinner when I get home. Perhaps taking daughter to dance and/or piano lessons if we have to work late.
We do have a cat, but she stays outside. We have no indoor pets.
