• Rotates and Merchandises product on gondolas, racks, coolers and displays
• Performs one-on-one selling with store owner/manager, including retail ne! gotiating.
• Cleans and maintains shelves, gondola, coolers, and back room space.
• Performs proper product ordering to ensure zero out-of-stocks.
• Creates and utilizes point of sale signage.
• Executes all CDA elements.
• Communicates issues with Pre-Sell Manager and Key Account Manager.
• Follows company rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Valid Driver’s License is required. One (1) year of experience in route sales preferred. Must have a positive attitude and must be detail-oriented. Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Must be a self-starter with excellent foll! ow-up skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must! be able to meet PBV driving qualifications. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull 300 â€" 2400 pound pallets with the assistance of a pallet jack. Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb and sit.

Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
