The Field Sales Representative is responsible for introducing and selling The Family Security Plan products to Credit Union Members. As ! a PFP insurance agent, you will be working directly out of credit unions to introduce members to high-quality, low-cost supplemental insurance coverage, determining the best coverage for that member, and closing the insurance sale.

Responsibilities:
- Approach members in the credit union lobby or worksite location to offer the insurance products and/or credit union services that can be purchased and/or obtained through credit union membership.
- Close the insurance sale and complete all appropriate paperwork related to that sale and specific to each credit union.
- Achieve and maintain a professional working relationship with the credit union/worksite, staff and other personnel at all times.
- Maintain good working relationships with other members of PFP’s sales team.
- At Manager or Supervisor request, may assist in training a new Sales Representative while in a credit union lobby or at a worksite location.
- Complete continuing education credits as necessary.
- Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings as required by the Regional ! Manager, Manager or Supervisor.
- Achieve sales expectation or above every month
- Maintain and practice a high degree of sales ethics at all times
- Assess needs of clients and members in order to sell good solid business
- Always represent PFP in a positive and professional manner
This position starts at $30k base plus uncapped commissions and additional incentives. We offer full medical benefits, 401K, 10 paid holidays and paid time off. The Life and Health License, training materials, and training is paid for by PFP. We are in the top 125 training companies in the USA.
