System Sales Director

Expanding medical device company is seeking a driven System Sales Director to be responsible for selling, promoting, and delivering Omnicell Medication/Supply Automation solutions and services to hospital accounts in targeted market segments.

Essential Duties and Functions:
Maintain and grow business within an assign! ed territory by developing an effective business plan to penet! rate competitive accounts and tap into the potential growth within existing accounts.

Acts to meet/exceed customer expectations by sustaining regular contact and building superior relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and influencers.

Will understand products and brand positioning to grow the Omnicell brand.

Demonstrates competency in the company’s products and services by managing the entire sales process, presenting (oral and written) all aspects of the company products, and maintaining working knowledge of existing marketing programs.

Utilize strong networking skills to gain access into new accounts.

Required Skills Include: 5 or more years of documented success selling capital equipment within acute care hospital settings and IDNs. Evidenced by stack rankings, awards, and commendations.

Experience working in a commission-oriented environment with a hunter /farmer mentality.

Excellent com! munication and organization skills, with proven ability to interact with all organizational levels.

Strong independent work ethic and customer focus orientation

Prior knowledge of accounts in and around defined territory.

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience preferred
