Objective : We are looking for people interested in a new and exciting challenge in addition to being part of our Team here at the University Technology Services Division.
Job Description :
This position directs the overall technical development of new electronic classroom and classroom studio designs and in the modification of those systems dealing with the convergence of IT and broadcast video technologies;
Coordinates assigned projects,
Develops technical drawings and control system programming as needed to meet the needs of the project; develops cost estimates and proposals for clients as assigned;
Acts as technical liaison between! UTS and our customers on assigned projects;
Oversees! the procurement of approved equipment to meet the needs of the design for an assigned project;
Serves as Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) during systems implementation and testing;
Researches and specifies equipment for enhanced classrooms and learning spaces and develops strategies for maintaining long term systems support through resource allocation and planning.
