Job Responsibilities
As an Automot! ive Service Store Manager, you will oversee both our sales and service teams and ensure that our customers consistently receive the responsive, high-quality vehicle service they've come to expect from us.
Your specific duties as an Automotive Service Store Manager will include:
Providing customers with professional and educated recommendations on tire purchases as well as repair and maintenance needs
Building and leading a team that is committed to executing outstanding work and providing exceptional customer service
Managing your store's budget and finances
Handling and resolving customer complaints
Maintaining current knowledge of chances and additions to our product lines, service and sales techniques and mandated awareness programs
Following through on commitments to our customers and ensuring that all work is completed on time and done right the first time

Job Requirements
As an Automotive Service Store Manager, you must be outgoing, confident and motivated with the ability to effectively manage and lead a staff of sales people and technicians. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills as well as a firm commitment to providing superior customer service.
Specific qualifications for the Automotive Service Store Manager position include:
Sales and/or management experience with a proven track record; experience in the tire and automotive service industry, preferred
Ability to maintain enthusiasm and a professional demeanor at all times
Availability to work a flexible schedule to cover store hours, including Saturdays and Sundays Valid driver's license
Available transportation
Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, st! anding, lifting, reaching, etc.
