Hello, we’re an early stage tech startup working on new SaaS payments platform and is currently looking for a Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our company’s operation efforts. The ideal candidate must have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity and efficiency. This person should be highly skilled in Human Resources, Finance, Customer Service, and IT Management. This person should also be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee supply chain efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise new team members
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Very well organized
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
