Responsible for supporting the growth of the business via the franchise network. To assist franchisees in driving acquisition, retention and average order values through strong operational, customer service and marketing disciplines.
Key Result Areas:
- Manage Growth and exploit the sales potential of each franchise. Work with each franchisee in your area to establish a clear business plan for growth by utilising all available marketing tools to drive new customer acquisition.
- Manage the delivery of our customer service strategy. Support franchisees in identifying opportunities by which our service proposition can improve and assist in aiding both retention and new customer referral.
- Identify and implement operational best practices. Be proactive in identifying areas of opportunity within each franchise to improve their day to day operations. Spotlight areas where the franchise operation can be more customer focused.
- Support franchisees in utilising CRM potential. Guide franchisees on methods to adopt in order to derive maximum potential from the new IT system.
- Support new franchise mobilisations. Manage the mobilisation of new franchisees - this may require on site support for 2 weeks at a time.
- Manage internal and external communication of all the above initiatives across senior management, apetito, franchisees and partner organisations. Participate in quarterly Regional Meetings and Annual Conference.
- Ensure execution is outstanding by building effective measurement and control into all activities, optimising brand values and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Degree or equivalent.
- CIM Diploma or other marketing qualification
Essential:
- A strong commercial operator, able to identify growth opportunities and motivate franchisees to achieve stretching goals.
- Highly developed influencing skills. The candidate must have sufficient presence to influence independently minded franchisees.
- Relationship Management - Success in the role is defined by the ability to engage and connect with the wide variety of personalities who franchise with WFF.
- Experience of the elderly market - an empathy for our customers
- A track record of multi site management.
- Retail, franchise or other multi-outlet brand experience
- Strategic vision - an ability to identify future opportunities to derive competitive advantage.
