Quality Carriers West Coast is a leader in chemical bulk chemical transportation services.

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidate will have a bias for action, communicate well, be organized, be good with systems, and be a team player. Prior experience in Trucking a PLUS!

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders submitted via e-mail and EDI system
  • Perform Order Entry
  • Work closely with Dispatch to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Communicate with customers regarding issues or delays
  • Actualize orders
  • Research billing issues

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in transportation environment, a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work over-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
