We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidate will have a bias for action, communicate well, be organized, be good with systems, and be a team player. Prior experience in Trucking a PLUS!
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders submitted via e-mail and EDI system
- Perform Order Entry
- Work closely with Dispatch to ensure customer requirements are met
- Communicate with customers regarding issues or delays
- Actualize orders
- Research billing issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in transportation environment, a plus
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work over-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
