ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Analytical capacity of data from different sources turning into actions to follow aligned with the objectives of the company.
Financial knowledge for the management of the incentive scheme for field force.
High-level Microsoft Office skills for document design for cross-departmental and multi-user use.
Good communication and peer relationship skills.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
Act as a link between the Field Force and HQs for IT systems.
Plan trade activities in CRM systems ensuring good optimization of visits from our field force.
Monitoring and analysis of the objectives fulfilment, turning them into ad-hoc actions to ensure the performance of the company.
Comprehensive management of the incentive scheme of our commercial network.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Approximately 2 years experience in Trade Marketing team, also as an Area Sales Manager level or Brand/Trade Assistant level in a FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel.
- Financial experience and budget management will be well evaluated.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- High-level user in Microsoft Office.
- Analytical capacity.
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Customer orientation: Effective negotiation skills
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- University degree
- Master's degree will be valued positively
