Job Description:

The Wholesale Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting customer and internal operational needs.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Have wholesale customer service experience in the fashion apparel industry is a must.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have strong follow up skills working with sales, customers & shipping department.
  • Should be Self-motivated and problem solving with a keen attention to detail.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and have a professional attitude at all times.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Experience using ERP Systems (Preferably N41 or RLM) is a plus.
  • Experience using Joor & NuOrder.

Duties:

  • Communicate with warehouse to ship orders in a timely matter.
  • Daily interaction with sales people and customers for order fulfillment approvals.
  • Update and keep records of all orders received and order changes.
  • Work with accounting to make sure that immediate orders with terms approved for processing.
  • Run daily reports that are needed to have visibility and ship as many orders on a daily basis to meet our daily/monthly goal.
  • Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
  • Order entry and validation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
