Job Description:
The Wholesale Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting customer and internal operational needs.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Have wholesale customer service experience in the fashion apparel industry is a must.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must have strong follow up skills working with sales, customers & shipping department.
- Should be Self-motivated and problem solving with a keen attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and have a professional attitude at all times.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem solving abilities
- Experience using ERP Systems (Preferably N41 or RLM) is a plus.
- Experience using Joor & NuOrder.
Duties:
- Communicate with warehouse to ship orders in a timely matter.
- Daily interaction with sales people and customers for order fulfillment approvals.
- Update and keep records of all orders received and order changes.
- Work with accounting to make sure that immediate orders with terms approved for processing.
- Run daily reports that are needed to have visibility and ship as many orders on a daily basis to meet our daily/monthly goal.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
- Order entry and validation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
