Sales Assistant and Move in Coordinator:
Assists Solheim Senior Community by departments to achieve the highest possible occupancy within budgetary, fair housing, and regulatory guidelines while being in alignment with Solheim’s mission, vision, and core beliefs. Respond to Resident/Client needs and requests promptly, appropriately, and with respect at all times. Sales Assistant and Move in Coordinator will meet with new residents before moving in and begin the process of planning the move, continue to follow up with residents as needed to ensure a smooth move in.
Reports to the Sales Counselor Salary: $55,000-75,000 with incentive bonus
