Senior Systems Analyst
Location: North Charleston South Carolina

Minimum of 10 years experience in area of network engineering and/or technical project management;
Must possess or be capable of attaining a Secret Clearance;
Possess solid personal communication skills; Basic understanding of DoD Program Management and/or contracts; and
Proficiency in MS Office.
Desired Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Security+, CCNP, CCIP;
Exposure to Intrusion Detection Systems (Cisco, Symantec), and/or Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and Firewalls;
Exposure to server virtualization and/or datacenters;
Knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux OS;
Familiarity with SPAWAR, and Navy Echelon Commands.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities, & Essential Job Functions:
Providing technical and project management support to sustainment and transition leads;
Preparing cost estimates, formal bids, proposals, and statements of work;
Preparing spend plans and managing project budgets;
Monitoring and managing contract ceiling;
Supporting Program Manager (PM) with negotiating teaming agreements and subcontract agreements with prime contractors and subcontractors;
Compiling and distributing reports;
Supporting meetings with and without the presence of the assigned lead;
Taking and distributing meeting minutes;
Acting as liaison between assigned lead and team in the absence of the lead.
