Will manage 2 Training Managers/ISO Coordinators and report to the Director of HR Responsible for aut! horizing and scheduling all training throughout the organization including new hired hourly operators, supervisory training, software training for users, etc. Will schedule training to be led by outside groups. Will manage corporate training for approximately 300 associates.
