1. Prior forklift experience
2. Strong mechanical aptitude
3. Prior customer service experience
4. Able to handle multiple tas! ks at once
5. Able to work alone and as part of a team
6. Appreciates and respects our local waterways
7. Good organizational skills
8. Ability to communicate well with members, guests and co-workers
9. Flexible work schedule
Desirable:
1. 2 years experience operating a forklift at a boat storage facility
2. Prior guest relations training
3. Hospitality experience
4. CPR, First Aid, AED certified
5. High School graduate
6. Knowledge about boating and local waterways
7. Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays
