The Customer Service Coordinator works as a liaison between our residents and the maintenance team through the scheduling of work orders and by offering WOW! customer service.
Scheduling of service requests and day-to-day service operations
Answering customer service phone line and taking service requests from residents
Using computer software for inputting and tracking of service requests
Setting up and maintaining inventory control
Assist with walking units, common areas, and property
Assist with purchasing, coding and processing maintenance purchase orders and invoices and assist with budget control
Assist with notices to residents that are maintenance related ! Position Requirements:
One to two years related exper! ience and/or training; or high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic knowledge of customer service and maintenance tasks
Strong and effective communications skills
Previous property management experience preferred, but not required
Previous Maintenance experience with Work Orders and Turns is a must.
