Our organization is seeking an outgoing and passionate Cultivator. Your responsibilities will be primarily for day-to-day cultivation tasks that assure our exceptional plants are producing the highest quality flowers possible. Reporting to the Lead Grower for continual guidance on tasks and duties as per company guidelines. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences for their particular needs.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain proper plant health throughout the cultivation process
- Follow policies and procedures on plant upkeep and maintenance
- Use applicable equipment and supplies to Irrigate plants daily
- Uphold good agricultural practices and procedures
- Complete paperwork regarding plant inventories, and plant health accurately
- Follow appropriate safety policies and procedures to ensure high standards in plant health
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper safety standards
- Ability to work well with ever-changing priorities and situations
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
