Basic Functions: The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for various clinical, allied health, and support positions within the LMC Health District. Act as ! liaison to supervisors and managers to serve as a consultant in all hiring issues. May be required to travel overnight. Will be responsible for the maintenance and management of the LMC applicant tracking system.
In addition to recruiting duties, the Healthcare Recruiter will work closely with compensation, benefits, and HR Representatives to maintain personnel information and work on process improvement. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma required, college degree preferred with focus in Human Resources or related field Two (2) years of Recruitment/Employment experience Must have excellent interpersonal skills Intermediate knowledge and demonstrated skill level with Microsoft Suite programs (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.) Knowledge and proven experience with the use of Internet recruiting; and have exceptional organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Prior experience recruiting for healthcare facility - .
