This idea candidate will possess the ability to learn and! follow a proven sales system and he comfortable dealing with the senior market. You must possess a high moral of character, and be willing to offer character references if invited to move to the next phase of the hiring process. We will hire those with work ethic and a desire to succeed.
You must be comfortable working in a high level sales environment. We will train and coach both experienced and inexperienced insurance licensees. For the right candidate, we will assist you in getting your life insurance license.
