Responsible for leading the daily production efforts of the Quality Control production team which performs reviews of keyed data and document images to fulfill client orders. Ensure that client SLAs and compliance dates are met for all customers. Monitor and report to supervisor the production and quality metrics of internal staff members and provide applicable feedback and ! coaching to team members when defined quality or production st! andards are not met. Coordinate with other teams to ensure efficiency in production. Identify production system deficiencies and coordinate with supervisor and IT as appropriate to resolve issues.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Guide and monitor the daily production efforts of the Quality Control production team
Perform quality reviews of work completed by all team members and report findings to management.
Track production for each employee in comparison to established goals
Provide feedback to team members on production and quality results
Coach team members as needed on productivity and quality improvement initiatives
Prioritize daily work efforts for the team to ensure that all due date targets are met
Provide training support to new and existing team members
Perform daily production as required to ensure targets are met
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Experie! nce
One to two years of business/operations related experience
Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint proficiency preferred
Proven experience in a role requiring strong attention to detail
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
