AT&T Sales Executive 1 IRU Mobility is responsible for the implementation of solution-based sales strategies that uncover new business opportunities and manage account growth for AT&T Premier Clients. Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, account penetration, account retention and account growth within a geographic territory and a defined set of Premier Client accounts consisting of a split of approximately 60% geographic and 40% account based, accounts having greater than 50 employees and up to approximately $99 M in domestic annual revenue.
Roles and responsibilities of AT&T's Sales Executive 1 IRU Mobility include but not limited to the following:
- Generate new business, drive account penetration and maintain customer retention within a geographic territory and/or account list defined with! in the Premier Client Group of accounts
- Utilize advanced business selling techniques to obtain desired results in subscriber growth, data penetration and revenue targets as well as ensuring high quality customer relations and retention
- Utilize solution selling techniques to maximize the business relationship and opportunity with prospects and customers within a defined geographic territory and account list
- Develops responses to Request for Proposals
- Utilize solution selling techniques to maximize the business relationship and opportunity with prospects and customers within a defined geographic territory and account list
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quota targets and goals for mobility voice and data
- Proactively seek opportunities to sell complex data solutions to existing customers and prospects across multiple locations.
- Effectively plan and manage assigned accounts to maximize potential and to ensure cus! tomer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify data needs through ! thorough understanding of customer business operations and effectively develop comprehensive data/voice solutions to meet customer needs.
- Gain new customers through incorporating all applicable sales stimulation strategies, programs, and other targeting contacts, e.g. cold calling and prospecting.
- Submit daily/weekly call reports for prospects and existing account coverage including sales forecast to CMG Sales Manager
- Proactively drive business to most cost effective fulfillment channel and maximize most cost-effective channel options for sales fulfillment.
- Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and presentations to corporate business executives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and frequent personal contact with corporate business customer to build strong relationships; maximize opportunities and grow the business
- Set and develop customer expectations that align with AT&T Wireless/C! ingular customer service experience and methodology
Required Skills and Experience
2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience
Mobility data, mobility voice and mobility solution sales experience
Knowledge of AT&T Mobility service offerings, systems and infrastructure
Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers in a corporate structure
Ability to sell to businesses with needs that may require complex mobile solutions
Solid interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Sales experience, persuasion skills and negotiation skills
Industry knowledge
Ability to identify and deliver customer based mobility solutions
Pass interview/assessment qualifications
Valid driver's license
Desired Skills, Experience and Education
5 or more years of rele! vant sales experience
Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Com! puter Science, or MIS is preferred
