Escrow Analyst I

The Escrow Analyst I assists the Escrow Administrator in supporting the day to day operations of escrow administration, including monitoring a suite of reports designed to support business opera! tions.
Responsibilities:
Perform ad hoc escrow analysisâ€" including the review of escrow line detail, preliminary shortage and overage reports to clear all exceptions for a final analysis that is compliant with RESPA Regulations
Solves problems rapidly and cost-effectively with minimal disruption
Ensures effective insurance coverage (both Hazard and Flood)
Assists in the development of reports for internal and external agents
Maintains and develops proficiency in all systems
Acts as a liaison for both the business customers and/or IT staff
Creates basic and/or new SQL queries
Creates ad hoc reports
Qualifications/Skills:
Experience with escrow processing required, preferably in mortgage servicing
Minimum of 1+ years of analytical/technical expertise experience required
Knowledge of SQL; familiar with working in a data warehouse environment is a plus

Experience using Excel (i.e. charts, formulas) required
Attention to detail coupled with organizational and project management skills a must
Ability to multi-task, responds well to pressure and deadlines, and work well individually and in a team environment
Flexible to changing priorities, project scopes, and deadlines
Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Becomes comfortable presenting data to customers in a variety of formats, such as excel pivot tables, charts, and SQL Server sandboxes
