Supporting managing advisor in daily responsibilities
Heavy daily client interaction
Scheduling meetings and calendar management
Assisting clients with information regarding their accounts
Executive Assistant must have experience working in financial services and/or insurance. The ideal individual will have demonstrative experience working independently. Attention to detail is crucial.
