THE RIGHT FIT
SYNNEX is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include providing key predictive and objective data necessary to improve succession and performance management, retention, HR Service, employee engagement, workforce planning and cost. The ideal candidate will be a change agent with proven experience collaborating with team members, busin! ess partners and vendors to achieve team, department and busin! ess goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Have a sound understanding of HCM system and ability to support one or more HR Modules.
Analyzes current systems and recommends solutions to resolve problems or improve efficiency.
Sound Knowledge of Compensation/Benefits/Performance Management & Payroll modules within HCM system.
Ability to work well within cross-functional and diverse team setup
Manage interfaces from HR system to Benefits provider, works closely with Benefits Analyst to gather requirement and see through Open enrollment & Life Events module.
Collect, analyze and present HR/ Talent data & dashboards using IBM Cognos 8 or higher.
Present analytics/metrics on both a regular and ad-hoc basis within HR.
Work with external partners to research and identify best practice HR/Talent analytics including the establishment of targets for all dashboard elements.
Assist in identification, description and deployment of metrics required to mak! e Human Capital/Talent decisions and recommendations to drive high performance business results.
Accountable for understanding and anticipating customersâ needs and taking action to provide high quality products and services that exceed expectations.
Partner with Vendors/Service Providers to deploy upgrades/enhancements and see through smooth transition to customers.
Ensure on-going data integrity & validity through continuous audit processes and suggest improvements by communicating with HR team members.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelorâs Degree from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of 3 year experience in HRIS/Compliance &Human Capital Analysis.
Experience working with HR systems & system security, Ultimate Software (Ultipro) experience an asset.
1 - 3 years of hands on experience in best practice HR analytics/dashboards, Cognos reports, etc., using IBM Cognos 8.0 or higher.
Project management experien! ce including understanding the key change management elements of deploy! ing/executing a business analytics strategy.
High degree of Attention to detail and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
Solid foundation in building and managing partnerships across multiple levels of management including understanding and anticipating customersâ needs and the ability to take action to provide high quality products and services to exceed expectations.
Flexibility to work as business demands require which may include long days, occasional evenings and occasional travel for business meetings or training.
If on East Coast flexibility to work and support West Coast Business Hours.
Strong technical aptitude - ability to learn new system functionality quickly.
Strong organization, consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with working in a cross-divisional team, remotely and in different domiciles.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environm! ent.
Experience in creating and updating documentation.
Able to manage conflicting priorities, adapt to changes while completing projects and tasks successfully.
