Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Prior experience preferably in agency or client environment.
Proficient with standard bus! iness software (Microsoft Office Suite)
Excellent oral and written communications skills, good listener.
Well organized, strong planning skills.
Self-starter, goal-oriented, quick study.
Duties:
Schedule, prepare, and lead or co-lead internal meetings to the project. Proactively capture and communicate key meeting outcomes and next steps.
Manage the internal team to the plan/schedule, ensuring all milestones are achieved. Proactively inform the team and creatively solve problems related to timing, resources, and budgets.
Ensure quality management by coordinating project deliverables reviews with Proofreading and Quality Assurance.
Support Account Management in monitoring scope compliance.
Attend Client status calls, client creative reviews, and any internal resource negotiation meetings.
