Potential assignments leading teams in structures, systems, functional-test, in tank, seal, interiors, and ele! ctrical tasks on any shifts. Will report directly to Shop General Managers. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, structural, seal, interior and rigging installations, including functional tests.

Three (3) years of leadership experience required. Prefer experience with 787 manufacturing, assembly and/or test processes, systems, policy and procedures. Candidate should have a history of proven successes to drive quality, productivity improvements in a team based environment. Must be able to work strategic and tactical plans and execution. Global thinker - understands cultural differences and drives diversity in creative solutions. Comfortable working with all management levels. Possess excellent communication and listening skills. Must be willing and able to work any shift. All employees will be on the Boeing South Carolina benefit structure.
