PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The BSRs will focus on creating market share by selling TycoIS products and services to new local commercial customers. Upon joining the BSR Sales Development Program, the trainee will undergo a one-week intensive Commercial Sales Academy training and gain complete exposure to the sales process, as well as, products and services that TycoIS can provide to new customers. BSR's will be responsible for gaining a solid understanding of the products and support functions through enterprise training, skill building activities and self-directed learning. Upon completion of the development program, the BSRs are expected to "graduate" into a Commercial Account Executive or equivalent role.
Roles & Responsibilities
The BSRs will help TycoIS maintain its market leadership position by increasing its Annual Recurring Revenue (RMR) and Installat! ion Revenue. The BSRs will work closely with sales management and be me! ntored by an experienced sales rep to:
Identify prospects using creative lead-generation techniques
Establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics
Effectively manage territory and client expectations
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of approved products and services, including customer issues
Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence
Process sales orders and complete all necessary paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures
Conduct post-installation follow-up by attending installation and client meetings
Effectively maintain relationships with clients to ensure commitments are met
Base salary + bonus + commissions, ranges depend on market/location.
Qualifications
Education:
College undergraduate degree preferred
Experience:
Must have previous work/internship experience, sales experience is not nec! essary
1-2 extra-curricular activities or internships with roles demonstrating entrepreneurial and/or leadership abilities preferred.
