JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide treatment to all residents/patients referred by a licensed physician.
To maintain effective communication with facility/agency staff, residents/patients, families and management.
Graduate of an accredited school
Holds valid state license
Previous experience in long term care preferable
OT will be required to work our Columbia and Blythewood rehab centers
