The company is seeking an International Inside Sales Representative to assist us with delivering world class products that the company has! offered for over 25 years.
The International Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing Sealevel Systems International Distributors and customers to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. Additional responsibilities include sales forecasting, distributor relations, training channel, assisting in targeted sales campaigns, maintaining customer relations, and assisting the Master Planner with regular reporting functions.

Objectives & Responsibilities
The company's objectives are to maintain historical growth rates and profitability increases, despite marke! t conditions. In order for the company to achieve these objectives, collaboration between the International Inside Sales Representative and Sales staff, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Shipping, and Management will be critical to meeting business goals.
The primary responsibilities of the International Inside Sales Representative are:
Manage international sales to meet corporate objectives
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all of the company's products within territory with the help of the VP Sales
Develop proactive strategies and targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue
Sort business/financial issues on contracts with VP Sales
Negotiate sales prices and discounts through the VP Sales
Maintain a positive relationship with both customers and Distributors through a high quality of customer service, as well as develop a ne! w customer base
Regularly assess distributor's performance and! make changes as necessary (with VP Sales) to meet corporate revenue goals
Learn and understand the technical aspects of product lines
Perform any other work related duties that may be assigned by Master Planner
Perform all other duties as required
Previous Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in International Inside Sales Representative additionally, they should possess:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Minimum of two years of industry-related sales experience
Channel sales experience desired
