Requirements:
JOB SUMMARY Performs general maintenance of assigned facilities utilizing several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC. Oversee and manage the day to day operation including contractor/vendor support and Janitorial Oversight. Daily customer interaction. Provide after hour emergency response and routine scheduling as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Perform routine life safety preventative maintenance tasks in conjunction with Vendor for inspections and system integrity. Management of computerized work order system. Manage and engage with corrective work orders and preventative maintenance tasks for a variety of building physical structures, equipment, and system components In conjunction with Vendor/contractors, prepare! estimates detailing the amount of time and materials needed for comple! ting tasks. Ordering and procurement of required materials in order to complete all required repairs. Finalize work orders by completing required paperwork and online documentation and work order close out efficiently and in a timely manner. Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: Plumbing and HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds and interior/exterior lighting. Perform routine emergency generator maintenance and testing. Work in a competent manor independently as this is a remote site from the base support team. Must have efficient time management and follow up skills. Must have excellent demeanor and customer service skills to deal with various customer situations and to be able to respond/address in a professional and timely manor. Perform routine daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections of property and be able to recognize potential risk and routine maintenance tasking and document.!
