Under the direction of the Director of the Population Health Data, will provide administrative support to the Division. In addition, will work as a team member within the Division of Population Health Data and across the Bureau of Health Improvement and Equity.

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to answering the phone, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe. Prepare travel documents and make travel arrangements for staff. Maintain hard copies and electronic filing system including data sharing agreements and contracts. Set up and coordinate conference calls, meetings, trainings, and conferences. Participate in meetings, take and prepare minutes due to nature of discussion.

Research, price and purchase supplies and equipment. Assist with the hiring of new employees and employee records. Track grant expenditures. Assist the Director with contract management and the receipt of deliverables. Maintain staff schedules.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:

State Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
