This position is located in the main reception area of South Carolina Commission for the Blind.
Serve as the first line of contact with the public.
Maintain a professional reception area.
Respond to a multi-l ine switchboard system. Provide callers with general program information.
Greet visitors. Coordinate visitor registration.
Prepare and organize documents using standard office equipment.
Receive and record mail and/or packages.
Minimum and Additional Requirements: There are no minimum training or experience requirements for this class.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using WORD, ACCESS and other Microsoft products. Knowledge of switchboard capabilities and excellent phone skills.
