Our organization is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building email lists of prospects by searching online. The Lead Generation Specialist must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales and wants to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Analyze customer data to identify potential leads.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Create and manage campaigns to generate leads.
- Track and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns.
- Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 3 years of experince of lead generation and knowing how to build email lists.
- Strong computer and online skills.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and positive team attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in baseball, softball or sports coaching is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
