Agfa HealthCare Corporation has an exciting opportunity for an Client Program Executive.
In the role of Client Program Executive you will take! on a number of key strategic accounts in the your assigned area where you will own the engagement relationship and have responsibility for managing resolution of site issues, communicating activity, implementing solutions and coordinating inter-organizational activity at assigned sites. You will be travelling between 25-40% of your time.

Responsibilities:
You will have direct reports and here are some of your deliverables: You will manage and coordinate the support activities at assigned sites, with the responsibility to coordinate and direct company resources to maximize system performance and enhance customer satisfaction. It is important to note that you will have direct or dotted line authority to engage, interact and enable all teams within the organization to resolve system or operational issues impacting performa! nce and the end user experience with AGFA systems. You will wo! rk with the sales organization and technical solutions teams to create customized strategic support plans to include build outs, system architecture, and system infrastructure to maintain and improve performance. You will be hosting scheduled routine (weekly, monthly, quarterly) meetings with our Customer and Agfa Stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction, drive cohesive communication, and identify issue ownership and accountability. You will present, negotiate and sell the Agfa services and products required to achieve maximum system performance, and end user satisfaction. This would include: maintenance agreements, upgrades, technical training, technical support, technical professional services.
Qualifications:
This is an opportunity for you to build upon experience dealing with complex client/server based enterprise wide software systems, ideally in a hospital environment. You have proven your ability to successfully engage and manage C-level rela! tionships and lead strategic level discussions. At the same time you can provide direction to their IT teams at a more detailed technical level. Solving issues in a services/support organization has developed your project management skills. You are very good at motivating and developing your direct reports as well as any dotted line reports you may have on any given project.
Keys to your success in the role of Client Program Executive are: Quickly being able to establish credible relationships with key account stakeholders (internal/external) Delivering some key wins Understanding and turning around existing service quality issues
Qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of five years in a technical/customer interface role and account management.
