Job Responsibilities
Large Project Management
- Forecast OFO and KB materials requirements for assigned large projects (50+ sections).
- Layout / Level Load assigned large project schedules in SAL.
- Facilitate kick off & regular meetings w/ materials, manufacturing and engineering as needed to raise awareness of upcoming large project activity.
- Track materials availability and manufacturing progress for assigned large projects. Provide summary info to Customer Service manager weekly. Provide additional updates to manufacturing, materials and engineering as needed.
- Coordinate and host all visits for assigned large projects.
- Coordinate all special shipping, marking and delivery requirements.
Coordinate / Host Customer Inspections and Visits
- Work w/ sales, engineering and manufacturing to schedule inspections and visits.
- Coordinate all pre-visit logistics and serve as host for the visit.
- Follow up on any punch list items tha! t remain open at the end of the visit.
- Log visit surv! ey info for RB ETO visit review mtgs.
- Follow up w/ Sales & the Customer after the visit.
International Coordinator back up
- Evaluate material and classify per the US HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule).
- Evaluate material for adherence to Export Administration Regulation compliance (ECCN classification)
- Evaluate items for NAFTA eligibility.
- Import / export compliance training
- Assist with general problem resolution on all international issues (Seneca departments, various customs brokers, day-to-day international activities)
Other Project Management
- Lead Six Sigma and Kaizen projects
