We are currently seeking a part-time to full-time front desk representative to join our team in Century City. The ideal candidate will combine an engaging personality with an ability to maintain organization in a busy environment. This patient-oriented individual will also be able to meet the following job description and possess the following skills requirements. EMR and patient flow training will be provided to ensure proficiency in independent work.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Front Desk: check patients in/out, schedule follow up appointment, answering multiple phone lines, collecting balances due.
- Phones: scheduling/rescheduling appointments, helping patients schedule further testing, reminder phone calls, messages for the physician.
- Paperwork: scanning, referrals, testing, patient intake, sorting faxes, preparing for the next day.

Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Previous medical experience a must
- Basic computer knowledge a must
- Ability to multitask
- Positive customer service skills, clear and articulate phone mannerisms
