- Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their table.
- Giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink.
- Introducing customers to our brand and menu and recommend signature menu items of the restaurant.
- Serving food and drinks on time.
- Dealing with bill payments.
- Making sure tables are clean and ensure that hygiene standards are kept at all times.
- Ensure service areas are well stocked with supplies such as napkins and tableware.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager.
