Job Summary
We are seeking amazing sales reps to work for an up and coming brand, Farm2Lab Solventless. Farm2Lab is a leader in California flower cultivation and we have expanded with 2 retail stores! This position requires an ability to consult, sell, and provide excellent customer service. This job can be completely remote and you can choose your own schedule. Since pay is commission based (5% of orders), how much you sell and the hours you put in is up to you! We prefer applicants who are able to be self starters and have the time to communicate with our in house Management team when needed.
Sales Representatives are responsible for gaining new clients, answering their questions, selling our products, keeping up with their accounts, and customer service needs. The Sales Rep also assists the Distribution Manager with providing required information for the stores, like accounts payable information, delivery preferences, and ensuring money collections. Sales Reps are the face of our brand, and must remain positive, organized, patient, and helpful.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to answer questions and assist clients.
- Ability to provide great Customer Service
- Listen well and communicate effectively with a diverse audience
- Enthusiasm for our company, customers, team members, and products.
- Work both in a team focused environment and remotely

- Use knowledge of cannabis products to assist clients (We will train!)
- Responsible for sales experience by maintaining a constant flow of communication, being friendly, and keeping up with their needs
- Explain different medical cannabis products
- Promote a demeanor that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Handle and keep records of their clients' payment due dates and any updated account information
- Maintain knowledge of current products, sales & promotions
- Flexible schedule but also willing to occasionally speak with our stop by our main office to get product updates if needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 1 year in sales, or cannabis (preferred)
- Must be able to use their own computer and phone
- Ability to deal with different personalities, providing excellent customer service to all clients.
- Knowledge of cannabis/brands preferred or a strong willingness to learn
- Willingness to learn and communicate over the phone with clients or our in house management team
- Ability to provide excellent customer service

Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
