JOB DESCRIPTION: - Answering to customer’s queries and phone call with customers when necessary. - Other administrative tasks and filing documents, requested by HQ. - Check and confirm the bookings from multiple sources - Counts the stock in kitchen, housekeeping, gardening and outdoor equipment. - Prepare purchase order (PO) and check with supervisor. - Collect and check the stocks received. - Collect the feedback, pictures, videos from customer and shared in Google Drive for marketing purpose. - Other duties such as help other department duties when needed. QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: - Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. - Willing to work in Pulau Tioman

The institution is dedicated to care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The not-for-profit company, which operates 6 dialysis centers across Johor region, serves more than 400 patients currently. Besides, the company is also actively involved in corporate social responsibilities (CSR) works related in conserving the environment and giving donation to NGOs like National Kidney Foundation and MAKNA. Objective of the Organization The primary objective of the company is to provide the dialysis therapy for renal failure patients. We aim to satisfy our patient’s demand for product performance, safety and stable supply.
