In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting data into various systems using Excel/Google Sheets. Your high level of computer skills, exceptional typing speed, and accuracy will be essential to succeed in this position. The ability to follow up with clients for additional information is crucial to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time, remote position with shifts Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM PST.
Responsibilities:
- Submit applications and data through our enrollment portal.
- Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and ensure accurate data entry.
- Maintain contact with consumers to gather additional information as needed.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure efficient data management and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Excel/Google Sheets and a high level of computer proficiency.
- Above-average typing speed and accuracy.
- Proven data entry experience, preferably in a remote work setting.
- Willingness to follow up with clients for any additional information required.
