Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather market research focused on target market, complete market and competitor analysis, identify the opportunities to develop the sales plan to success.
  • Exceed the sales metrics to expand and improve ODL’s market share in target market.
  • ODL在目标市场的占有率。
  • Explore opportunities, completing sales cycle from introductions, quotations, agreements and complete sales cycle.
  • Maintain existing customers and develop new customers with the aim of locking in supply agreements.
  • Direct customers: window, façade fabricators, construction companies.
    Indirect customers: real estate developers, design and architecture firms, consulting institutions.
  • Lock in agreements with real estate developers.
  • Maintain local industry associations, join and guide associations to steer the local industry standards.
  • Regularly carry out technical communication and other brand promotion activities with customers, maintain ODL brand image and improve brand awareness.

  • Exceed customers’ expectations of service, technical knowledge & development, and project delivery. Seek to engage with the decision makers and influencers within the customers’ organisations.
Candidate Requirements/Selection criteria:
候选人要求/选择标准:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, English level: CET4 or above, Engineering background, construction, mechanical and relevant major is preferred.
  • 4级及以上水平,工科背景,建筑、机械相关专业为佳。
  • Driver’s licence and own car, possessing an immaculate driving record.
  • 3 years or greater working experience in sales, window & doors industry or candidates who have local customer connections established.

  • Proficiency in Office 365 software.
  • Office365办公软件。
  • Good moral character, honesty and integrity, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Impressive personal presentation in the business setting, and ability to engage with new people.
  • Flexible thinking and ability to express yourself orally or in writing.
  • Be self-driven to success and greatness. Ability to work by yourself. Flexible to travel at short notice and as the job requires.
