We are delighted to be working with our client a leading material handling solutions provider who are looking for a Service Manager for the Munster region to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of engineers in the Munster region.
- Managing service schedules ensuring that all services are carried out on time.
- Ensuring all service audits are complete and that all KPI’s are met.
- Account management.
- Regular communication externally with customers and internally with senior management.
- Providing support to service engineers.
- Performance reviews with the team of service engineers.
Requirements:
- Management experience.
- Coming from a technical background.
- Degree in engineering or similar discipline.
- Be customer focused.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
