We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented waitress to join our team. As a waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions they may have regarding menu items.
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly and accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Check on customers periodically to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare and set up dining areas before and after service.
