Purpose
Reporting to the VP of growth, this role is responsible for running client optimization projects, data measurement, and communication of our CRO and growth learnings and opportunities for our clients.
Punchline
Your main priority in this role is to be a CRO and growth ninja to constantly improve our website designs, find growth hacks for our clients, and provide best-in-class client support and improving client KPIs on all things growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage all A/B and multivariate testing plans to validate hypotheses, measure the impact of changes, and optimize user experiences across Shopify websites, Magento websites, and Unbounce Landing Pages
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and conversion funnels to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Improve business critical KPIs involving quantitative and qualitative insights, generating testing and personalization campaign hypotheses and experience continuity across all marketing channels and customer journeys
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc client presentations detailing CRO learnings, strategic opportunities, and future testing/growth opportunities
- Own analytics, data architecture, and optimization technical stack and processes
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO and UX/UI design to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Champion a data-driven culture, advocating for CRO methodologies and educating teams on the importance of optimization
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager on tech stack implementation, the Paid Performance Specialist to understand each step of the funnel, and with the Account Management team to ensure the client understands what is and is not working, and what future testing pipeline is set to address our learnings
Requirements
- Advanced experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization) and success in defining and running A/B, MVT or journey campaigns on mainstream optimization and personalization platforms (eg. AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Conductrics, Dynamic Yield, Monetate, Webtrends Optimize, Adobe Target, Leanplum, CleverTap, Qubit, Salesforce Interaction Studio ex-Evergage, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools to measure results and tests significance and incrementality (Google Analytics, CXL, Haus, ABLyft)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail industries and the various advertising platforms used to drive traffic (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user behavior, and customer journey mapping
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with clients and share product and UI UX feedback to design/creative teams
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail industries and the various advertising platforms used to drive traffic (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.)
- Agency experience preferred. E-commerce experience required
