Deployment Specialist Remote (prefer local NYC area candidate) $20-30/hr
RCC is seeking a Deployment/Help Desk Specialist with ServiceNow Ticketing experience for our client in NYC. This person will be responsible for processing hardware request for internal users generated via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
This candidate will interface with the internal procurement/purchasing team to process the request then work with the installation team to set up the hardware for users.
Must have experience in ServiceNow ticketing systems/help desk experience

Must have Excel experience at a minimum to generate reports.Must have good user interface skills/communications skills, along with strong customer service qualities.
Must be a good team player and be able to work independently.
Sense of urgency and organization skills to prioritize user's request.
RCC BENEFITS PACKAGE
- This role is full-time with RCC; we pay bi-weekly, every other Thursday,
- The work week is 40 hours with overtime pay if applicable
- This role is on-going, long term with our client and is ONSITE
- RCC or our client may conduct criminal background checks prior to hire.
- The first 90 days of employment are probationary for all RCC employees ; after that you are eligible to participate in our insurance; we offer health, vision and dental
- 10 days PTO/year
