Eravant is seeking Microelectronics RF Assemblers at any level to join our fast-growing team.

These positions will report to Eravant headquarters, which is a 60,000 sq. ft. facility located at 501 Amapola Avenue, Torrance, CA 90501. The schedule for these positions is typically Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6:00 PM. A half hour lunch is approved, which means the workday can be shortened to 5:30 PM instead.

Responsible Areas for RF Assembler I:

  • Possess mastery of the required skill: Die-Attach or possess relevant hand skills to learn.
  • Reads and follows production and engineering drawings or assembles per verbal instructions.
  • Working under microscope for all assemblies and utilizing miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers.
  • Assembly of very small electro-mechanical components.
  • Example: Mounting a 0.050” to 0.200” square electronic component with silver epoxy into a 0.900” square housing cavity.
  • Accurate completion of device paperwork and quality documentation by noting required information digitally.
  • Following the company safety and ESD regulations at all times.
  • Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guideline.
  • Performs other duties and/or specific projects as assigned

Responsible Areas for RF Assembler II:

  • Possess mastery of the required skills: Die-Attach, Wirebonding
  • Reads and follows production and engineering drawings or assembles per verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Read and follow available production work instructions.
  • Working under microscope for all assemblies and utilizing miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers
  • Assembly of very small electro-mechanical components.
  • Example: Mounting a 0.050” to 0.200” square electronic component with silver epoxy into a 0.900” housing cavity.
  • Accurate completion of device paperwork and quality documentation by noting required information digitally.
  • Completes inline inspection and peer review to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality specifications and standards.
  • Following the company safety and ESD regulations at all times
  • Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guideline
  • Performs other duties and/or specific projects as assigned

Responsible Areas for RF Assembler III:

  • Possess mastery of the required skills: Die-Attach, Wirebonding, Diode/Substrate Placement
  • Reads and follows production and engineering drawings or assembles per verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Read and follow available production work instructions.
  • Working under microscope for all assemblies and utilizing miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers
  • Assembly of very small electro-mechanical components.
  • Example: Mounting a 0.050” to 0.200” square electronic component with silver epoxy into a 0.900” housing cavity.
  • Accurate completion of device paperwork and quality documentation by noting required information digitally.
  • Completes inline inspection and peer review to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality specifications and standards

  • Possess mastery of the required skills: Die-Attach, Wirebonding, Diode/Substrate Placement, Micro-Electronic Solder
  • Reads and follows production and engineering drawings or assembles per verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Read and follow available production work instructions.
  • Working under microscope for all assemblies and utilizing miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers
  • Assembly of very small electro-mechanical components.
  • Example: Mounting a 0.050” to 0.200” square electronic component with silver epoxy into a 0.900” housing cavity.
  • Accurate completion of device paperwork and quality documentation by noting required information digitally.
  • Completes inline inspection and peer review to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality specifications and standards
  • Following the company safety and ESD regulations at all times.
  • Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guideline.
  • Performs other duties and/or specific projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to work under microscope for most of the day
  • Ability to read and work from detailed drawings
  • Computer skills to support drawing retrieval, work instructions, daily schedule, and quality documentation
  • Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Basic knowledge is required in both written and spoken English.

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in assembly or similar hand skills
  • Ability to handle fine hand tools and delicate products and parts

Compensation:

Pay: $21.00 - $34.00 per hour
