Service Delivery Manager to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is an ambitious and energetic person to help us expand customer initiatives and clientele. As the face of the company, you will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales/customer service tactics.
The goal is to drive sustainable growth through forging strong relationships. This position is intended to grow over time into a larger sales role.

Compensation:
Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to schedule service with customers
  • Customer service orientated
  • Ability to build customer relationships while developing trust with the client
  • Recognize red flags with customers and resolve through communication
  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Some weekend and after-hours work may be required
  • Coordinate repair services with 3rd party vendors to service customer needs
  • Monitor customer metrics and bridge areas that are not meeting goals
  • Actively monitor adoption rates with emphasis on growth
  • Problem solve client complaints and develop plans to remedy and increase client satisfaction
Key Competencies and Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent education, training, and experience in business administration, sales, or relevant field required
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or an excellent customer service representative
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
