ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IN JOBRUNNER OR FLOORMANAGER FLOORING SOFTWARE USER NEEDED FOR CLIENT TRAINING
Flooring Financial Inc is continuing to grow in the provision of accounting services to flooring companies in the US and Canada. We are hiring someone with strong experience using JobRunner or FloorManager by Pacific Solutions.
Our company is a quiet ego company, and we look for persons who enjoy serving other businesses accounting needs, and are mild and patient in their dealings with our client's staff. We need a person with a strong level of JobRunner / FloorManager skill to help support our JobRunner/FloorManager clients in using the system properly in the Quote, Job, Warehouse, Work Order, Accounting, Sales Tax. It is also an advantage to have experience with AP, AR, customer payments, and the basic accounting functions of JobRunner or FloorManager. But the top priority is those modules that cover the sales and operations part of the business.
This job is an ongoing training role to help our clients implement the disciplines and specific methods we outline. You will have strong leadership and backup training to your own knowledge and skill set, you will not invent or define the practices yourself. You need to have strong motivation to help clients succeed. You should genuinely enjoy helping others and feel a sense of fulfillment in seeing other businesses improve as a result of our supportive efforts. You must be able to communicate with respect and patience while maintaining a clear sense of direction toward the intended goal.

We are looking for persons having extensive experience in various aspects of the Pacific Solutions (JobRunner and FloorManager) management systems. Let us know which aspects of the software you know best, and how recently you were working in the system, how many years experience, and what type of business you worked in (retail, commercial, builder, multifamily). We will train you as needed on the portions you do not know, not only initially, but perpetually as the system evolves.
It is a full time job, work will be provided from your own home office with designated and private work space. You will answer directly to the Director of Client Success at Flooring Financial, and you will have training and support from Flooring Financial personnel or from the software provider's training departments as needed.
Work from home via phone and internet, and occasionally may attend trade conferences in the US as needed. Flooring Financial Inc. has the highest level of expertise in our field, our work is highly beneficial to our client base, and well valued.
