The Opportunity
At the heart of GrowthDay is our highly engaged, passionate and growing community. To help progress our vision, we're looking for a community-focused Customer Support Specialist in LA County, CA to join GrowthDay's Customer Support and Events Team.
This team's mission is to deliver delightful journeys and experiences to our customers wherever they may engage with us.What You Will Do In This Role
- Support GrowthDay's community app platform end to end with empathy and a customer-centric mindset
- Create delightful experiences for current and future GrowthDay members through various channels
- Create best-in-class community engagement strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes for our business and our community
- Constantly push the boundaries and make recommendations to all levels of the business on how to improve customer support
You Are What We Are Looking For If You Have:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Work with customer-focused systems such as Help Scout/Stripe/Google Drive/Slack
- A history of proactively delighting customers through your words, actions, and championing of process
- The ability to work weekends or holidays if either falls on a launch date
- Are passionate about championing customers' needs
- Strong attention to detail in written work with a clear understanding and empathy for the end-customer
- High emotional intelligence and energized work ethic
- The ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, work autonomously managing multiple projects at once, and thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Who Should *Not* Apply:
- You have not supported customers in a b2c software company
- You haven't supported live events before, both online and in-person.
- You haven't worked in a fast paced environment
- You don't obsess over giving customers the best experiences
- You don't live in LA County and cannot travel.
- You are not willing to create and send us a video answering questions from the CEO.
- You are not willing to do a background check (where legally applicable).
