We are seeking a Leasing Agent looking to expa! nd their career with a dynamic and growing organization. We provide our employees with the training and support they need to reach their goals both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities for the Leasing Consultant include, but are not limited to the following:
- Greet prospects, obtain qualifying information, and show the prospects the community and amenities.
- Follow up with potential residents using thank you cards and phone calls.
- Follow up on all phone and email inquires.
- Correspond with residents to secure renewal leases.
- Market around the area to invite new prospective residents to our community.
Experience in the mult! ifamily housing field and One Site software a plus, but is not! required.
Candidates will be required to pass a criminal background investigation, credit check and drug test.
